Performance

Heritage face.
Modern envelope.

W50 TB carries the proportions of a classic FerroFinestra window — a slim 59 mm sightline, the same stepped reinforcement leg, the same crisp shadow gap — and pairs them with a polyurethane thermal break engineered specifically for steel.

Anatomy

The profile,
broken thermally.

1.5 mm zinc-magnesium alloy steel cold-rolled in a single pass — denser and more corrosion-resistant than standard cold-formed steel.

Finish

Natural steel.
Or any color.

Powder Coat — in any RAL.

A multi-stage powder-coat system applied through Tiger Coatings — BlackFramed's certified European finishing partner. Any RAL standard, any custom matched color. Matte, satin, or texture finishes available. Applied over a phosphate-passivated zinc-magnesium substrate — warrantied against fade, chalk, and adhesion failure.

Specified Palette — a starting point.

Six colors we recommend for W50 TB envelopes — from RAL 9005 Jet Black for contemporary façades to Off White for historic adaptive reuse. Any RAL is available on request; samples are produced in 100 × 100 mm panels and delivered with the project documentation pack.
