Who qualifies for a BlackFramed trade account?
Our trade program is open to architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and developers. Applications are reviewed before approval.
What are the benefits of a trade account?
Approved trade partners receive 10% preferred pricing on eligible products, dedicated project support, and access to European steel and aluminum systems and specification resources.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes. Our custom steel doors and windows typically require a minimum combined order of 100 square feet. This helps us accommodate the production and international shipping requirements of made-to-order systems. For architects, builders, and design professionals, smaller orders may be considered depending on the project.
Can I order physical profile samples?
Yes. We offer physical profile corner cuts and finish samples to help with material selection and specification. Profile samples are available for a fee, which can be credited toward your first qualifying order.
Can you provide shop drawings and technical specifications?
Yes. We can provide available technical documentation during specification. Project-specific shop drawings are prepared after the order deposit is received.
Do you provide installation?
No. BlackFramed supplies custom-made doors and windows and coordinates delivery to your project location. Installation is handled by your contractor or installation team.
